Discover who we are, meet the organisations already flying with us, and see why the Netherlands leads the world in electric flight — all in one short presentation.
The most common questions from organisations considering EFC.
What is the Electric Flying Connection?
The EFC is a European network, founded in the Netherlands — the country with the highest number of electric flight movements in the world. We connect airlines, airports, OEMs, start-ups, governments, universities and consultants, and turn that lead into real, sustainable aviation.
What's in it for you?
Membership gives youdirect access to the entire electric-aviation ecosystem: the airlines, airports, manufacturers and authorities you need to move projects forward. You gain first-hand knowledge, new business and partnership opportunities, a seat at the table on policy and infrastructure, and visibility as a frontrunner in sustainable aviation.
How often do you organise events?
We organise at least three events per year — from demonstration flights (such as the Beta ALIA CX300 flights in the Netherlands) to network gatherings and knowledge sessions. These are where members meet, share progress and start new collaborations.
What does membership cost?
Membership is €1,500 per year, plus a one-time onboarding fee of €750. That gives your organisation full access to the network, our events and everything membership brings.
Who can become a member?
Any organisation active in — or serious about — electric flight is welcome: airlines, airports, aircraft manufacturers, start-ups, governments and provinces, universities and knowledge institutes, and specialised consultants. Our members already span all of these categories.
How does my organisation become a member?
Simple — let us know you're interested and we'll take it from there. Use the button below to apply, and one of our board members will personally reach out to welcome you into the network.
